Insulating Firebrick (IFB) Thermal Ceramics' K23 brick is the standard used by most kiln manufacturers. We can also supply all other grades of Thermal Ceramics Firebrick.

Cut and Grooved Firebrick
We cut and groove replacement firebrick for any kiln on the market, and have templates for most models. The price for cutting and grooving K23 bricks is $2.94 per brick, less 25% for 10 or more of the same style, ordered at the same time. This price is in addition to the brick prices given above. There is a setup charge of $7.35 for each brick style ordered (not charged for standard Euclid replacement bricks).
Vermiculite Board
A 23 lb/cu.ft., asbestos-free back-up insulating board with a temperature limit of 1900^oF.

Lid/Floor Brick Slabs
We make replacement lid/floor brick slabs for any kiln on the market, and have templates for most models. Slabs are available in 2.5 and 3" thicknesses, and can be supplied with or without hardware (consisting of a band, handle and reinforcing for the handle and hinge).

Fibre Blanket and Paper
2300 blanket is rated to 2300^oF, but is recommended for a maximum of 2000oF. 2600 blanket is strongly recommended as a superior hot face material up to 2400^oF. Prices are for 8 lb/cu.ft density, 24" wide - other densities, and 48" width, are available in carton lots. These products contain no asbestos.
