UPS and Canada Post, the most economical ways to ship small orders. Collect shipments, are subject to a handling charge of $3 - $10 per package.

The Pottery Supply House truck is on the road Monday through Friday delivering to sites throughout Southern Ontario & parts of Quebec. Except on holidays, Oakville-Scarborough orders are delivered Mondays; Brantford, Kitchener, Cambridge and Guelph on Thursdays. Please order early to ensure delivery on the next scheduled delivery date. Our driver will be happy to place your order where you like it if you provide help.

*Cartons, bags, pails, jugs: generally 20 - 25 kg. No charge for delivery of packaged smaller items ordered with clay.
**Help required at destination except at loading docks. Prices higher if more than driver required for unloading or placing.

ZONE 4: Arnprior, Bancroft, Bracebridge to North Bay, east of Brockville to Montreal, Deep River, Gatineau, Haliburton, west of London to Windsor, Montreal, Pembroke, Renfrew, Sarnia-Huron.

ZONE 5: 50+ km north of Montreal, 50 km. east of Montreal to Quebec City.

For larger orders destined for areas beyond those serviced by our truck, we will ship by the commercial carrier of your choice. We can also suggest one for your location. Note: Collect shipments, are subject to a $10 per pallet/crate handling charge.
